Centosassi Primitivo

Grape Variety: Primitivo

Alcohol Content: 15.5%

Vinification: The grapes are selected and harvested by hand during the night. Once destemmed, the uncrushed berries are sent to the Allier oak tanks where take place the fermentation at controlled temperature and a long post-fermentation maceration. 12 months in oak barrel.

Tasting Characteristics: Ruby red, deep and bright with hints of violet Aroma: Soon at the nose the fruity vocation of Primitivo with hints of sour cherry, small soft fruits and mammola violet, which harmoniously mix with sea and mineral aromas, typical from Amastuola terroir. Flavour: The entrance in the mouth is full, soft and finely tannic, savoury and mineral, the finish is long with a fruity return... in one word an harmonic wine.

Merlot IGP

Grape Variety: Merlot

Alcohol Content: 14.5%

Vinification: The grapes are harvested during the night. The grapes are de-stemmed and softly pressed, then through a heat-exchanger system, the must is cooled and sent to the fermenters of a maximum capacity of 300Hl, with equal height and diameter. The fermentation takes place with maceration at controlled temperature for about 3 weeks with frequent repassings of the must over the grape dregs. At the moment of the racking the fermented must is sent via stainless steel pipeline to a vacuum soft press, all this is done in absolute absence of oxygen

Tasting Characteristics: Ruby red, intense and bright Aroma: Expressions of blacks berries and herbaceous nuances with delicate spicy and balsamic hints Flavour: Wrap and fruity entrance, that then leaves space to a balanced and well expressed acid vein supported by a fine tannic texture. The aromatic closure completes the fruity herbaceous profile with intriguing chocolaty tones.

Bollicinechérì Sparkling Rosé IGP Salento

Grape Variety: Negroamaro 100%

Alcohol Content: 11.5%

Vinification: With maceration on the skins for a few hours and a gentle pressing from which you take only the so called flower, used for processing in the press along with Charmat method which in 20 years of experience has been refined to make the most of the fruity and full harmonious perfumes Ageing: in the bottle for at least 3 months

Tasting Characteristics: Colour: a refined pink enlivened by bright colors, fine and persistent
Bouquet: fruity, full, with fragrance of ripe red fruit and wild rose
Palate: delicately fruity, tangy, lingering, harmonious

Senatore Primitivo DOC Gioia del Colle

Grape Variety: Primitivo 100%

Alcohol Content: 13.5%

Vinification: Grapes are carefully selected in the cellar, then crushed and de-stemmed and then kept in steel tanks. Fermentation of the skins enables the extraction of all their valuable substances; fruity polyphenols and tannins. Each step takes place at a controlled temperature. Once the skins are separated, the wine goes into steel silos.

Tasting Characteristics: Colour: deep red with purple hues
Bouquet: intense and persistent, fine, slightly spicy
Palate: dry, warm, soft, quite tannic, tasty

Siniscalco Primitivo IGP Puglia

Grape Variety: Primitivo 100%

Alcohol Content: 13%

Vinification: At controlled temperature, alcoholic fermentation is followed by full malolactic fermentation, in order to give the wine a velvety touch to the palate and greater stability over time. Ageing: 6 months in steel and at least 10 months in bottle

Tasting Characteristics: Colour: vivid and bright red
Bouquet: intense and persistent, fruity where you recognize the cherry and sour cherry flavours beneath the alcohol
Palate: dry, soft, quite fresh and tannic, fruity, full-bodied and full
