Collio Caprizi

Grape Variety: 80% Malvasia, 10% Friulano, 10% Chardonnay

Alcohol Content: 13%

Vinification: Low-temperature carbonic maceration (8-10°C), followed by so pressing. Fermentation in 5hl oak barrels lasts approximately 15 days. Each grape variety is handled separately.

Tasting Characteristics: On the nose this wine presents a considerable, pleasant evolving note of owers and ripe fruit with hints of spices, custard and camomile. In the mouth it is consistent and the pronounced freshness and minerality enhance the depth and persistence of the avours.

Friulano

Grape Variety: Friulano

Alcohol Content:  12.5%

Vinification: Skin maceration is done at low temperature (8-10°C). Soft pressing follows and fermentation is done at controlled temperature for a period of about 15 days.

Tasting Characteristics: This wine has pleasant ripe fruit and flower smells which mix together and are completed with delicate fragrance and taste.

Merlot Riserva

Grape Variety: Merlot

Alcohol Content: 14%

Vinification: Skin maceration is done for about 10 days and controlled temperature fermentation is also performed partly in steel tanks and partly in wooden barrels. The delestage system is adopted.

Tasting Characteristics: It has a correct proportion of pleasant sensations which go from under-wood fruits to delicate spices, which, when in your mouth, has a soft but important taste. The wine emphasizes with the best obtainable from this plant.

Pinot Grogio

Grape Variety: Pinot Grogio

Alcohol Content: 13%

Vinification: Destemming in an atmosphere saturated with carbon dioxide is followed by soft pressing, also in a carbon dioxide-controlled atmosphere. Fermentation is carried out at controlled temperatures for about two weeks.

Tasting Characteristics: A wine that presents a delicious weave of fruit and flowers, enhanced by a full, fragrant, velvet-soft palate to sign off on a lingering spicy finish.

Ribolla Gialla

Grape Variety: Ribolla Gialla

Vinification: Traditional process performed in its grape skin at surrounding temperature for a period of 24 hours.

Tasting Characteristics: This wine is characterized with a pleasant mix of perfumes which go from a typical local apple to a chestnut flower. It has a rich, elegant and persistent taste in mouth.
